Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email or phone once stock and delivery are checked. Prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees and include applicable taxes. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is mispriced or out of stock.

Payment

Card payments are handled securely by PayHere. Cash-on-delivery orders must be paid in full to the courier. Bank-transfer orders are dispatched once the slip is received and verified.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and start from order confirmation. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your parcel and raise any issue within 48 hours.

Product information

Leather is a natural material; grain, colour and markings vary between pieces and from screen to hand. Measurements are approximate.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer in Sri Lanka. To the extent permitted by law, Di Leather is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
