Is Di Leather genuine leather?
Yes. Our footwear uppers and our bags, belts and wallets are made from full-grain genuine leather. Any man-made linings or soles are stated on the product page.
How do I choose my size?
Di shoes run true to UK sizing in a regular width. Each product page lists the fit under Specifications. Between sizes? Size up for lace-ups, down for slip-ons.
What payment methods can I use?
Card and online banking via PayHere, cash on delivery islandwide, bank transfer with slip upload, or ordering through WhatsApp.
How long does delivery take?
2–4 working days islandwide after your order is confirmed. Colombo is often next-day — call our orders line to arrange.
Can I return or exchange?
Unworn items with tags can be exchanged within 7 days. Size swaps are free at any showroom subject to stock. See Delivery & Returns for full terms.
Do you resole worn shoes?
Yes — our shoes are built to be rebuilt. Bring them to any showroom for an assessment.
Do you supply schools, companies or the forces?
We do — school shoes in bulk, corporate gifting, and institutional footwear including the military range. Email marketing@dileather.lk.
Where are your showrooms?
Bambalapitiya (opposite the Police Station), YMBA Building in Colombo Fort, Kiribathgoda Super Market, and the Belummahara factory outlet in Mudungoda.
