Delivery & returns

Delivery

• Islandwide courier: 2–4 working days islandwide after your order is confirmed.
• Flat delivery fee: Rs 400. Free on orders over Rs 15,000.
• Colombo same-day / next-day: often possible — call 077 339 1246 after ordering.
• Showroom pickup: choose “Cash on delivery”, add a note asking us to hold it, and collect from your nearest showroom.

Payment

• Card & online banking via PayHere (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, eZ Cash, FriMi).
• Cash on delivery anywhere in Sri Lanka.
• Bank transfer — upload your slip on the order page to confirm.
• WhatsApp — place the order and finish with our team on chat.

Returns & exchanges

• Unworn items with tags and original box can be exchanged within 7 days.
• Size exchanges are free at any showroom (subject to stock); by courier, return postage is the customer’s.
• We don’t offer refunds on sale items or made-to-order / bulk institutional orders.
• Manufacturing faults are repaired or replaced — bring or post the item with your order number.

Sizing

Di shoes are cut true to UK sizing in a regular width. If you’re between sizes, size up for lace-ups and down for slip-ons. Every product page lists the fit under Specifications.
